EEGC provides limited access to its range facilities for select individuals and organizations whose programs promote firearm safety, marksmanship, and well-regulated competitive shooting.
Commercial Trainers & Non-Members
Organizations, commercial training entities, and non-members interested in reserving range time must complete the preliminary question form as best fits their requested event, then send it to the EEGC Executive Officer.

Application Process
The preliminary form is reviewed by the Executive Officer, who will likely have additional questions and explain requirements. If approved to proceed, a $50.00 application fee is assessed and your application is presented to the EEGC Board.
Final Board approval is contingent on a valid insurance certificate showing EEGC’s minimum requirements. If the event is not approved, the application fee is refunded. Once an event is approved and scheduled, the fee is non-refundable — even if later canceled.
Participant Fees
- Facility Usage Fee: $10.00 per participant, per day
- Shooting Fee (non-members only): $15.00 per shooter, per day — includes same-day access to the public range, subject to public range rules, hours, and regulations
All fees are at the discretion of the EEGC Board.
Members & Affiliated Groups
EEGC members and groups such as YHEC or SCTP may request range time for club-sanctioned matches, member-organized “Fun Shoots,” youth programs, and educational programs. Email the Executive Officer at eegcinformation@gmail.com.
